Where can I buy The Hairy Pill?

The Hairy Pill is available at selected approved locations across Australia. Use the store locator on this page to find the closest one. Alternatively, you can access the service online here.

How does the in-store process work?

Visit a participating location and speak to a staff member to get started. Complete the quick online form, with in-store payment available at some locations. A doctor reviews your form and personalises your treatment, and a pharmacist will call to confirm details before your first supply is sent out. You’ll also have access to ongoing support and doctor check-ins as required throughout your treatment.
Can I get The Hairy Pill instantly at the location?
No. In-store locations help you start the process, but treatment is only supplied after doctor approval and pharmacy dispensing. After starting your order in-store, you’ll receive a Medical Form via SMS. Once completed and approved by our partner doctors, your first supply is dispatched from the pharmacy to your home or back to the location for collection.
Do I need an appointment to start in-store?
No. You can walk into a participating location and start the process whenever it suits you.
How long will it take to receive my first supply?
After your medical form is approved and pharmacy consultation completed, delivery usually takes just a few days.
How do I know a location actually stocks The Hairy Pill?
Every location listed in our store locator is authorised and trained to start your treatment plan with The Hairy Pill.
Can I pay monthly or do I need to pay for 3 months upfront?
The first 3 months of treatment are paid upfront. Future supplies are managed through a monthly subscription plan, and you can pause, cancel, or delay any bottle at any time.
How do I reorder after my first bottle?
Once you’ve received your first supply, you’ll stay on the subscription automatically. All future orders, check-ins, and any adjustments are managed online or over the phone with The Hairy Pill – no need to visit a location again.
Is The Hairy Pill suitable for me?
The Hairy Pill may be suitable for adults over 18 experiencing hair loss or thinning. Suitability is assessed by a doctor, and treatment may be adjusted, declined, or refunded if it is not appropriate for you.
What if there isn’t a participating location near me?

You can still begin the online process and access the service conveniently from home by clicking here.

What's the refund policy?

We’ll provide you with a full refund if one of our partner doctors denies you for the hair loss treatment. We’ll also provide you with a full refund if you change your mind before your first bottle of hair loss treatment is produced and dispatched by the pharmacist.

Due to regulations, treatments won’t be refunded as a result of a change of mind or side effects (rare).
