Delivery

When you first register on the website, you may be contacted by a member of the healthcare team to confirm your details and discuss next steps.

If you are unavailable when contacted, delivery timeframes may be extended as your treatment cannot be shipped until this process has been completed.

If treatment is approved, it will be supplied by one of our licensed Australian pharmacy partners and shipped via Australia Post Express Post.

Ongoing Delivery

After your initial treatment, future deliveries are generally expected to arrive within 3–5 business days.

Tracking

Tracking information will be provided via email once your treatment has been shipped.

Address Details

Please provide an address where you can reliably receive your treatment during normal business hours.

While we take reasonable care in arranging delivery, we are not responsible for delays, loss or damage caused by third-party delivery providers.

Returns

A full refund will be provided if you choose not to proceed before your initial treatment has been shipped.

A full refund will also be provided if, following your initial doctor telehealth consultation, the service is determined not to be suitable for you.

If a refund is approved, it may take up to 10 business days to be processed.

Due to applicable regulations and product safety requirements, treatments provided by our pharmacy partners cannot be returned, reused or refunded once they have been dispatched. This is because storage conditions and product integrity cannot be verified after an order leaves the pharmacy.
