From there, your treatment plan is arranged with our partner pharmacy. Before your first order is dispatched, our partner pharmacist will also call to confirm your details and answer any questions you have.
Why do I need an initial consultation?
How long will it take to receive my treatment?
Your order is typically assessed by our partner doctor within 24 hours (excluding weekends), and our pharmacist usually confirms your details the same day as approval.
Once confirmed, your treatment is prepared and dispatched via express post, generally 1-2 business days for metro areas and 3-5 business days for rural areas.
Do I need to re-order to continue?
No need. Only your first order is placed through the website. From there, our team manages future orders, either following a check-in with our partner doctor or a repeat dose, depending on your progress.
How often is treatment reviewed?
Treatment is typically reviewed by our partner doctor approximately every three months.
These reviews help monitor your progress, discuss any side effects, and check for changes to your health or medications, so your treatment plan can continue or be adjusted as needed.
If something changes between reviews, you don’t need to wait, just get in touch and we’ll arrange a review if needed.
Are doctor consultations included?
Yes. All consultations with our partner doctors are included at no extra cost, built into your plan at set intervals, and available anytime you need one. Our team can also follow up with the partner doctor on your behalf.
How many pills do I receive with each bottle?
Each bottle is a 3-month supply with 100 pills. We work to a 90-day cycle, with 10 extra pills included free of charge in case of postage delays. You can start your new bottle as soon as it arrives.
What happens if treatment isn't suitable for me?
Not everyone is suitable for treatment, and that’s an important part of safe medical care.
If our partner doctor determines treatment isn’t appropriate following your assessment, we’ll let you know. Depending on your circumstances, we may recommend further investigation, request more information, or suggest speaking with another healthcare professional.
What's the refund policy?
We’ll provide a full refund if a partner doctor doesn’t approve you for treatment, or if you change your mind before your first bottle is prepared and dispatched.
Due to regulations, treatment can’t be refunded for change of mind once it’s been dispatched. If you experience side effects, contact our support team, our partner doctors can review and adjust your treatment.
