What to do if your order is defective or damaged

You must report defective or damaged orders within 14 days of the original shipping date to receive a free replacement.

If you report a defective or damaged order more than 14 days after the original shipping date, we reserve the right to deny any financial compensation.

What to do if my order is delayed?

Depending on your location, you should receive your order within 2-5 business days. With every dispatch, you’ll receive Australia Post tracking information via email so you can check the progress.

Under The Hairy Pill® Replacement Policy, we can send a replacement if you have not received your package 10 business days after your medication was shipped.

If you still have not received your package 10 business days after the shipment date, please email us at [email protected] and we can send a replacement.
