Your treatment will be shipped via Australia Post’s express service. You’ll receive your shipment between 2 and 5 business days after you order (and assuming you’re approved for treatment), depending on your location.
Express post is included in the cost of your subscription, which means you’ll pay nothing extra to receive your treatment.

With every dispatch, you’ll receive Australia Post tracking information via email.

My order has already shipped but I’ve moved. What should I do?
While we can’t update your address for an order that has already been processed and shipped, you can update your address for future shipments by emailing us at [email protected].
If the order has been shipped but is not yet delivered by Australia Post, you can click through via the tracking information received to update the delivery address. Please also make sure to send an email to us with your new address!
My order hasn’t arrived yet. What should I do?
Under The Hairy Pill® Replacement Policy, we will send a replacement if you have not received your package 10 business days after your treatment was shipped.
