Are there potential side effects?
Many treatments have the chance of side effects. However, with 650+ ingredient and dose combinations, our partner doctors and pharmacists have a great deal of control over what goes into your hair loss treatment to significantly reduce the risks of side effects.

How long will it take to work?
Unfortunately, there is no miracle overnight solution for thicker hair - for men or women. Like all good things, good hair treatments take time to work. For most patients, it usually takes between 3 and 6 months to notice any positive changes.
Hair grows slowly and in cycles, so whatever treatment you take needs time to start producing noticeable changes. It's up to a medical practitioner to determine the ingredients and dosage for your hair treatment, depending on your goals. They may start you on a lower strength treatment and make dose or ingredient changes at various intervals based on their ongoing consultations with you. It’s very important to talk to a medical practitioner at these stages to make sure you’re on the right track.
What if I have allergies, intolerances, or certain preferences?
This is very easily managed! Any specific allergies you have will be taken into account by both the doctor and the pharmacist. This ensures the treatment won’t contain any allergens when it's produced just for you. True personalisation!
The treatment contains no gluten. If you're vegetarian/vegan, or for religious reasons you don't want any animal traces present in the medication, the pharmacist will use vegetable capsules instead. We have an option to suit all situations.
