As part of your subscription, you’ll have an initial phone consultation with our partner doctor, then follow-up consultations at months 3, 6, 12, 18, and 24 and so on.
Hair grows slowly and in cycles, so these intervals give our partner doctor a statistically significant basis to assess your progress and adjust your dosage or ingredients if needed.
These checkups are your opportunity to discuss results, ask questions, and in the rare case you experience side effects, address them early.
You can also request a consultation at any time if you have concerns between scheduled appointments.
We’ll send you an email a week before each consultation with a link to book, and follow up by text and phone to make sure you don’t miss one.
